Their targeting is extremely hopeless. They also don't check on duplicate tweets, so Ive had the same person tweet my ad on 2 consecutive days and I had to pay twice to reach the same set of people. FYI, I can create fake profiles and follow a targeted set of users on twitter have about 50% of them follow me back and post my advert to them at $0 using my bot. The reporting is an analytics eyewash and their customer support takes 3 days to reply. If you ask me stay away and stop promoting this crappy site.
