Last month, Searchles Discovery Platform released a related content widget that you can use on your sites or blogs to increase stickiness and earn some extra bucks. Let’s talk about this cool new way to make money online! Searchles uses an in-depth search technology that crawls your site contents and displays related posts for every article on your site or blog. At the end of their widget contextual advertising is displayed, from which you can earn some money.

Searchles Discovery Related Content Widget requires little work from your side. Just register for an account, grab the widget code, embed it on your site and forget about it! Searchles spider will automatically determine relevancy of content by crawling your site and analyzing relationships between extracted contents in order to retrieve the most comprehensive set of relevant posts in your site’s archive. Their widget can be easily customized to suit your site design. They also have a plugin for self-hosted WordPress blogs.
What about the earnings? Searchels uses Snap for contextual advertising and shares the ad revenue with you 50/50. The payments will be made when your earnings exceed $100. You can track the performance of your widget from your widget stats page. One more thing, the contextual ads displayed on their widgets are in-widget and they will not conflict with Google AdSense or other contextual advertising services.
So, what you think about it? I can see that some bloggers have already started using this widget on their blogs. If you are one of them, feel free to add your view about this widget here.

cool post. thanks for sharing. i must try it out. best, sarge
Good post! Never heard of Searchles Discovery before but it makes good sense. Maybe I will give it a try real soon. I probably have seen it on other blogs too but didn’t realize what it was or where it came from.
It sounds like a good idea, but I am just running out of space in my sidebar. I think if used this something else would have to go.
Hey Mark – Kim from Searchles here. You can place the widget below your posts instead of the sidebar if you think it’s getting a bit too busy. As a matter of fact, blogs that have placed the widget below the posts have been seeing a pretty solid CTR.
Hi there
I just started using searchles, I haven’t done so for the money side, more the stickiness and seo searching they have in it.
I had a couple of problems setting it up, the codes didn’t work properly, Chris at Searchles was fantastic, really helpful and I’m all up and running.
Perfect.
Cheers
Julie
Yes, money side is secondary when you think about it’s usefulness. Their support is great and you got it! Thanks for leaving your feedback here.
Good finding
