Recently, I came across a different kind of affiliate network, which provides publishers with easy-to-use tools to generate maximum revenue from different highest paying and unique offers. The affiliate network is Advent Affiliate Network of Motive Interactive. The Technology:

Motive Interactive have their own advertising platform called Advent ™, which was designed to increase advertiser’s ROI and maximize publisher’s profit. Motive Advent 2.0 is currently in beta testing and will be officially launched in October as a beta version. Advent 2.0 is one of the most powerful advertising platforms and it’s interface is Web 2.0 in true sense.

Using Motive Network:

In order to become a publisher of Motive Network, you will have to fill up an application form. Then they will review your application When you will log into your Motive Network account, you will notice an unique client area with three distinct columns. On the left, you will see the ‘Applications’ section, from where you can go to the home page, access offers, analyze reports and update you account information. Then, the second column lists the featured offers and system notices. And ultimately the big column on the right hand side provides summary of your performance. They call it ‘Dashboard’, where total clicks, conversions, leads and revenue are shown. It is an useful feature and also allows you to have a look at your performance in past months. In the “Dashboard’ section, you will also see a sub-section named ‘Campaign Watch’, which lists your campaigns and the revenue generated by you. You can also manually add campaigns to be displayed on that section.

The Offers:

You can access all offers available in the network by clicking the ‘Offers’ button on the ‘Applications’ section. Presently I have 30 offers from different categories which ranges from free stuffs to financial services. You can find the suitable offers for yourself by using various filters like offer types, distribution type, categories or payout. You can also search an offer by using the name or offer ID. You can always access your campaigns by using the ‘My Offers’ button on the left.

The Reports:

You can get detailed reports of your campaigns by using the ‘Reports’ button on left of the client area. The reports are provided in summary form. But you can always drill down to get details of each and every campaign and leads. Because of the unique interface, the stats loads fast and I sure that you will like it.

Motive Referral program:

Referral programs always attracts more publishers, as they opens some extra sources of revenue. That’s why Motive Interactive have an interesting referral program that 5.5% lifetimes referral earnings. Well, the publisher that you have referred must continue to generate commissions without a lapse of twelve (12) calendar months. Then only you will receive the 5.5% commission from that publisher each month. What does it means? It means that you will be paid only for the active referrals.

Motive Rewards program:

Motive Network also offers cash rewards to their affiliates. Their rewards are paid each month based upon a publisher’s commissions for the previous month and the payout starts at 1% then increases to 2% the higher the tier.

The Payments:

They pays on a Net-15 basis and the payout threshold is $50. Payments are sent by check, bank transfer or PayPal. Well, payment schedule can also be negotiable. In order to get paid, you must send them completed tax forms.

So, what I think about Motive Interactive and it’s performance-based advertising network? After using Advent 2.0 for a while, I found the client area very interesting and user friendly. Unlike many of other affiliate networks, it loads fast very fast and finding a suitable offer is just a matter of a few clicks. Right now they have limited offers, as they are in the process of transition into Advent 2.0. Still, I must say that they have some unique offers that you will never find in other networks.

Their payouts per action ranges between $0.25 to $21.00. The amounts looks small, but the offers are very easy to convert. For example: “Is Palin too Hot to be VP?” offer, which pays $1.75 and very easy to convert in present scenario. I hope that more offers will be available when Advent 2.0 officially launches.
