Blogger recently introduced some cool new features to it’s blogging platform. One of the new features is Blogger Stats, which is currently available only on Blogger in Draft. Blogger stats is a fully integrated stats feature that makes it easier than ever to get all sorts of traffic data for your blog. And the good thing is this new feature lets you access real-time stats right from the comfort of your Blogger dashboard. So, with this powerful feature in hand, you can actually avoid using any third party tracking codes on your Blogger powered blog.
The new Stats feature shows different traffic data in a simple, easy-to-understand graphical user interface. In your stats area, five different tabs (Now, Last Day, Last Week, Last Month and All Time) presents traffic data for different time period. You can see which posts are getting the most visits (popular posts) and which sites are sending traffic (Referring URLs and Sites) to your blog. Blogger Stats also displays other important data such as popular Search Keywords, Pageviews by Browsers, Pageviews by Operating Systems and Pageviews by Countries.
How to access Blogger Stats? As Blogger Stats is an integrated feature, you don’t have to sign up for any third party service, or embed any code in your template. Log in to Blogger, open Blogger in Draft, and you’ll notice a new “Stats” tab for your blog(s). Open that tab and you will see your blog visitor stats in near-real-time. Access the data, analyze and enjoy blogging.
