Most of those services pulls different website related data from different sources and then by using certain algorithms they determines the value. So, definitely different services will give your different values for the same website.
Don’t consider the values provided by those services as your real value. They are just indicative values, which may or may not be near to the real value/worth of your website. Use them just for fun!

No. These online calculators provide rough estimations, based on various online data. So, we must use them as fun tools and not as serious domain name appraisal tools.
These website value calculators are useless. Each one gives different values and sometimes prices are extremely different.

Don’t rely on the worth provided by these services. These tools are just for fun. They are not able to give you accurate or near perfect value for your site. Because they uses various data from different sources to determine the value. Yes, you can guess your value by using there sites. But you can’t expect to get what these sites tells! So, better set a more realistic value for your site, when you want to sell it. You can also use third party domain/website trading sites which provides autmatic valuation.
These can definately only be used for fun, I checked 6 of my sites on all of them, plus the few others mentioned in these comments, and the differences between them are huge!
