Recently I came to know about a new service called Posterous, which allows anyone to post anything online using email. It supports photos, MP3’s, documents and video links. In simple words, Posterous is a free blogging platform that will enable you to update your blog via email with complete media attachments.

The interesting point is that, you don’t have to create an account to post something! Just email anything you want to post to post@posterous.com. Your subject line will be the title of your post. You can add text, photos, mp3 files and documents to the body of the email. These will appear as content of your blog post. After sending the email, you will receive an email from Posterous with a link to your new blog with your first blog post. Simple!

But signing up for an account with Posterous will help you in managing your blog posts and subscriptions. You will get your Posterous site in yourname.posterous.com format. Right now, Posterous is a free service and you will get up to 1 GB of space for personal use. Posterous supports GMail, Hotmail, Yahoo, AOL or any other mail program.

If you attach one photo with your email, they will resize it to a web-friendly size and post it to your blog. But, when you attach more than one photo in the same message, they will automatically create a good looking image gallery and post it to your blog.

When you attach a mp3 file with your message, Posterous will drop the music file into a web MP3 player. This will enable your readers to listen to it right from their browser. Posterous converts any URLs on your message into links. To post a video, just paste the URL of the video and it will automatically embed the video on your new post. Google AdWords has updated their Keyword Tool with addition of new search volume data feature. Now, you will be able to see the approximate number of search queries related to your keywords that were performed on Google and the search network. Earlier this week, I was busy in some business meetings. I went to UK to meet some of my clients. I had very little time in my hand. So, it was just impossible for me to update this blog. Last week, one reader asked me about my online income and requested to post my blog income report, if I really make money online. It was an interesting email. But, due to some reasons, the reader didn’t mentioned his/her name or URL. Anyway, I would like to give my reply here. I am earning just around 1K per month from my sites. This a very little amount for many people. But, I am happy with it. And I’m not in hurry to make million dollars out of blogging! Because, to support my living, I have my own business.

What I do with the money? Right now, I’m investing my money in real estate. In my view, this is the best option of investment in my area. Already I am getting some good results. What about blog income report? I love to read blog income reports. Then, why there is no income report on this blog? The answer is simple. I believe that most of those blog income reports are fake, at least in some ways. So, I have no plans to post my income report. Sorry!

Hereby, I would also like to thank all bloggers who have requested me to review their blogs. I will definitely write free reviews of those blogs. Just give me some time.
