I was away from internet for two days, for some medical reasons. And within these two days some very bad changes happened to my blog. Someone inserted codes into my blog, which redirects the FrontPage to a porn site. I was totally shocked, when came back today. My blog is nowhere to be seen!

Quickly I logged in to my File Manger. Thanks God, at least the main files were there! I discovered that 3 new files were added to my main folder. All of them send traffic to porn sites. Now, I have removed all of them and trying to repair the damage. I have no idea, how those idiots entered into my blog. But they already caused great damage to my blog. I’m not going to stay clam. I have learnt some good lessons. And now this is their turn!

What I learned from this?

  • Never stay away from your blog or website. Monitor it frequently.
  • Always backup your blog or site. That day I forgot to backup my blog. So, I lost my new posts! Thanks God, I had some earlier backups and Google cached my pages!
  • Never install WordPress plugins from unknown sources. During my last log in, I was trying to install a plugin. Some bloggers recommended it to me. Now I think, that was the root cause!
  • Keep record of your visitors.
  • Gain knowledge from the community.

What’s next?

I will continue blogging on this domain. Give me one day to fix all these!

To those idiots: Just f*** your a**.
To fellow Bloggers: Stay alert and stay safe. Happy Blogging!

  1. [...] Imagine, what a single piece of code can do? So, be careful in downloading and installing free WordPress themes. Always use themes from reliable sources. Before installing a theme, try to scan the theme codes, if you know some codings! Stay in contact with the community. I don’t want you all to suffer like me! [...]
