WP-LightForm is an interesting contact form plugin for WordPress powered blogs. It comes with spam protection, form validation and custom form elements. The form validation adds an extra charm to the contact form generated by this plugin. You can easily customize it by modifying the CSS styles. This plugin is based on LightForm by Jeeremie, and utilizes FormCheck for form validation and Niceforms for custom form elements. WP-LightForm nicely works on WordPress 2.5.1.

How to use WP-LightForm Plugin?

  • Download the plugin by following the link provided below.
  • Extract the folder and open send.php with a text editor. Enter the email address you would like to use as the recipient of the contact form in the $to parameter.
  • Upload the wp-lightform directory to your wp-content/plugins/ directory.
  • Go to the Plugins page in your blog’s admin area and click ‘Activate’ for WP-LightForm.
  • Enter the shortcode [LightForm] in the blog post/page you would like to display the beautiful contact form generated by this plugin.
